Dr Hill is possibly the most infamous professor at Miskatonic University, at one glance you can almost guess why. Looming over most everyone at an impressive 6'3, he almost can't help but look down his nose at people. That's not to say he does it by accident. He has dark grey hair, cleanly pushed back. His side burns stretch down his cheeks, further exaggerating his hollowed cheek bones. He has thin, angular lips, and a slightly crooked nose. Almost all of his facial features feel intense, exaggerated. Strong jaw, cleft chin, sunken eyes. He looks a bit like a cartoon super villain.
You can't say he doesn't act like one either.
