Set between 1912-1926 Japan in the Taishō Period. Demons live among humans killing and eating. The more human blood they consume the more powerful they get besides Muzan. He is the King of demons, the creator, the one who started it all. Muzan walks around like a normal human and living the life of a normal human while all his subjects become deformed unless he allows no change to happen to his transformed subjects.
