1. Eligibility for Refunds
- If you are not satisfied with your Vivalove purchase, you may be eligible for a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through the Vivalove website or authorized Vivalove retailers.
- Refunds are not available for in-app purchases or subscriptions.

- A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request

- Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Exceptions and Limitations
- Refunds may not be available for custom or personalized items, digital content, or items that have been used or damaged.
