  • Refunds are only available for purchases made directly through the Vivalove website or authorized Vivalove retailers.
  • Refunds are not available for in-app purchases or subscriptions.

  • Refunds will be issued back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4. Exceptions and Limitations

  • Refunds may not be available for custom or personalized items, digital content, or items that have been used or damaged.
